We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has a passion for mobile technology and is eager to build a career with an award-winning, global tech company.
Working in a team environment, the focus of this client-facing role is to support the continued growth our business by supporting the US sales team in all aspects of lead generation and account maintenance. The Sales Coordinator will report to the US Sales Manager but will take guidance from other members of the sales team and will work closely with colleagues across all areas of the business.
You will be expected to:
• Support lead generation activities through internal sales and marketing efforts
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to account managers on an ongoing basis
• Participate in sales efforts including marketing activities, in-house sales meetings and efforts to assist in all aspects of lead generation
• Maintain the client database (CRM) for sales and marketing purposes
• Prepare client proposals and quotes
• Manage the sales team’s calendar, including booking meetings and travel
• Assist in arranging client workshops and other sales activities
• Help prepare client marketing communications
• Attend occasional marketing events and exhibitions
• Assist in the answering and routing of incoming telephone calls
• Become an expert in our company’s products and solutions in order to better support our sales team
• Be an active member of a global team, supporting other departments when needed
