As CEO of IML worldwide, Richard is responsible for all IML’s 12 global offices, overseeing the growth and development of the business on an international basis. Richard has substantial experience across the technology, consulting and marketing industries, and has worked with many corporate organizations, including businesses at the inception stage, growing companies towards targeted exit strategies, acquisitions and mergers, and overseeing the management of change, development and growth.

Pete has successfully run the Australian operation for a number of years, growing the business annually. He has a background in sales, and like all of our international managers, he started as an interactive producer in the UK.
Pete is a family man, who in his spare time can be found with his family and his surf board on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Danie brought valuable input to IML when he was appointed MD of the company’s South Africa office in 2011, as he was previously a valued client. He has a marketing and communications background, and had experience of using IML infra-red technology, at his previous appointment as Marketing Communications and Expansion Manager in the realty industry.

Frank took over responsibility for IML’s business in the Netherlands with the acquisition of NetVote. He oversees all aspects of the business, bringing over 15 years’ experience in sales, hospitality, ICT and business services. His expert knowledge of the Dutch audio visual and electronic voting market has greatly benefited IML, and IML Netherlands is now a respected provider of AGM and Event registration and voting process technology and services for the Dutch Top 250 companies.

Merion joined IML’s UK office 17 years ago and before taking up his current position managed the global support network for all of IML’s products. Merion has enormous experience in both new product delivery and IML’s Shareholder Meetings services. Over the past 10 years he has launched IML’s Electronic Shareholder Meeting service in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong and various European markets before taking his expertise to the Asian market.

Niklas worked in the event marketing sector as a Project-Senior Manager for ten years, and was recruited by IML to head and build up IML’s business in Germany. He has successfully implemented the IML quality and performance business model in the German market and enabled German clients to benefit from the use of IML technology. Niklas also oversaw the acquisition of German Event voting system supplier Mobited.

Rita has been in the audience engagement industry for many years; being a pioneer and running an extremely successful business that was acquired by IML. She is something of a serial entrepreneur; having started and sold two businesses. Rita has an extremely strong knowledge of the AGM market, in addition to her broad business experience.
Rita works out of our Belgium office and loves to travel in her spare time.
General Manager
Mike Vinup works with corporations, government entities, associations and more to ensure they select the right interactive meeting technology to accomplish their goals and maximize their ROI. Mike has consulted and designed audience interaction solutions for meetings and events for more than 24 years. Currently Mike is IML’s Managing Director for the United States supporting large national accounts and four U.S. Sales offices – ultimately helping clients harness their audience’s insight, driving change and facilitating more informed decisions.
